# Closeout Photo Privacy Choices

Closeout Photo has no advertising and no cross-company advertising tracking.

Device settings control camera and location access. The app does not use background location.

Users can select a specific existing image through the Apple or Android system picker. The app does not require broad photo-library access.

Signing out locks identity-scoped assigned work on that device. Deleting the app removes app-private local data. These actions do not delete submitted business records, approved archives, or manually exported copies.

Authorized users can request access, correction, or deletion review through [it@cmstelecomservices.com](it@cmstelecomservices.com).

CMS verifies each requester. Customer duties, business-record requirements, retention rules, and legal holds can limit deletion.

Microsoft work-account changes remain subject to CMS and Microsoft tenant administration.
