# Privacy Policy

CMS Closeout Photo is a business application from CMS Telecom Services, LLC. Its native Apple and Android apps support authorized field technicians and contractors.

The app uses an approved Microsoft work account. It does not provide public account registration.

CMS processes the user's name, email address, tenant identifier, and account identifier. CMS uses this data for authentication and authorization.

CMS also processes assigned job data, checklist answers, notes, serial numbers, photographs, and submission status.

When the user permits location access, evidence can include precise coordinates, heading, accuracy, altitude, and capture time.

CMS uses this information to document assigned work, review evidence, request corrections, prepare deliverables, and maintain business records.

Work remains in protected, app-private storage while in progress. After the CMS service verifies the user, the app can keep current assigned work available offline for up to 72 hours. Device security and CMS policy still apply. The app requires another online verification when that access expires.

When CMS enables mobile submission for an authorized assignment, the app sends evidence to the versioned CMS mobile API. It sends each asset as a separate authorized transfer. Apple or Android can resume eligible transfers in the background. The API validates and quarantines uploads before review.

The native app does not connect directly to CMS databases, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, or object storage.

Users can also create a manual ZIP export through the Apple or Android share interface. The chosen destination controls that exported copy.

CMS does not sell Closeout Photo data. CMS does not use the data for advertising or cross-company tracking.

Microsoft identity, hosting, storage, security, and collaboration services can process information for CMS.

CMS can provide job evidence to the customer that requested the assigned work. CMS can also disclose records when law requires it.

Retention depends on customer contracts, record type, correction status, legal obligations, and approved CMS retention rules.

Signing out locks identity-scoped assigned work on that device. It does not silently discard unsynchronized evidence. Deleting the app removes its app-private local data. Neither action deletes submitted business records, approved archives, or copies that the user exported elsewhere.

Users can deny camera or location access. Denial can prevent completion of an evidence requirement. The app does not use background location. A user can select a specific existing image through the Apple or Android system picker without granting broad photo-library access.
