# Closeout Photo Terms of Use

**Effective date: October 12, 2026**

CMS Closeout Photo is for people authorized by CMS Telecom Services, LLC or an approved inviting organization.

Use your own approved Microsoft work identity. Protect the device and credentials from unauthorized access.

Offline access is temporary. Reconnect when the app requests identity or assignment verification. Do not attempt to bypass an expired lease, revoked assignment, or locked account.

Capture only evidence that relates to assigned work. Follow site, safety, customer, privacy, and records instructions.

Job data, photographs, locations, exports, and submissions can become CMS or customer business records.

Do not alter, publish, or share these records outside an approved work process.

A manual ZIP export does not prove server receipt, project manager acceptance, archive completion, or customer acceptance.

CMS can suspend access, reassign work, request corrections, preserve records, or change available features.

Customer contracts and written project instructions control when they impose stricter requirements.

Report unauthorized access, a lost device, or a material app failure to [it@cmstelecomservices.com](it@cmstelecomservices.com).
