# Closeout Photo Support

CMS Closeout Photo supports authorized CMS employees, technicians, and invited contractors. It does not support public account creation.

For sign-in, assignment, capture, upload, export, or access problems, contact [it@cmstelecomservices.com](it@cmstelecomservices.com).

Support hours follow the published CMS business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM Central Time.

Include whether you use the Apple or Android app, the app version, device model, job identifier, failure time, and a short description.

Do not email passwords, tokens, full customer photo sets, precise coordinates, database files, or private service links.

For urgent field problems, preserve app data and any manual ZIP. Follow the assigned CMS escalation path.

Assigned work can remain available offline for up to 72 hours after successful online verification. Reconnect before the displayed access period expires. Contact support if current work stays locked after a successful sign-in and refresh.
